The Team
This role plays a pivotal part in supporting novel IT infrastructure initiatives through effective collaboration across functions for requirement collection and follow-up. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of IT services, including cloud technologies related to compute and storage, alongside a solid foundation in process redesign and documentation. You will track and manage IT purchasing requests, budgets, and expenditures while ensuring cost-effectiveness throughout operations.
Your Responsibilities
- Facilitate new IT infrastructure initiatives and collaborate cross-functionally for requirement gathering and follow-ups.
- Oversee requirements management, coordinate among functions, implement policies, and streamline associated processes.
- Develop and manage IT purchasing budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure overall operational cost-effectiveness.
- Manage and track IT contracts, liaising with the Purchase team as the IT contact to ensure timely renewals and identify optimization opportunities.
- Work closely with internal IT leaders and stakeholders to understand IT requirements prior to submission in the system.
- Analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement in IT operations.
