Your Role:
- Deliver first-line technical support for IT-related challenges.
- Execute basic database queries and data extraction from PostgreSQL or MySQL for troubleshooting and reporting.
- Identify and resolve hardware and software issues for users.
- Accurately document issues and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Assist users in the setup and configuration of new hardware and software.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure proper documentation.
- Collaborate with IT team members to escalate unresolved issues.
- Conduct routine maintenance and checks on IT equipment.
- Provide training and guidance to users on IT systems and applications.
