Qualifications
Your Responsibilities:- Develop IT strategies: Set goals from a company-wide IT governance perspective and design long-term roadmaps.- Establish IT project processes: Standardize processes and management systems to successfully execute IT projects.- Manage business budgets: Plan and allocate IT budgets while analyzing cost structures to enhance operational efficiency.- Visualize performance: Establish metrics and create dashboards and reports to ensure stakeholders clearly understand the progress and outcomes of IT activities and projects.- Operational execution management: Build systems to ensure established policies and strategies are effectively implemented in the field, prioritizing various projects and managing execution processes.Desired Qualifications:- Experience with project methodologies and a proven track record of successfully completing projects.- Strong communication skills with developers and engineers based on experience in program development and system operation.- Experience in collecting feedback from diverse stakeholders to establish an IT business roadmap and execution processes.- Understanding of financial compliance or the ability to learn quickly is a plus.- Experience in planning, controlling, and operating large-scale tasks such as project execution and data center migrations is highly desirable.
