We are seeking a dynamic IT Project Manager to lead and oversee our Client and Retail projects, ensuring their successful management, evolution, and operational maintenance within our organization.
Operational Management (RUN)
Oversee the operational management (TMA/TME) of Client and Retail solutions (B2C): Clienteling App, Customer Database (RCU), and satisfaction survey tool (NPS).
Manage and facilitate the Jira board (qualification, estimation, tracking).
Handle bug and incident tickets, coordinating their resolution with technical teams and partners until closure.
Ensure the RUN and incident management for the Retail tool CEGID Y2.
Participate in testing and deployments.
Keep technical documentation up to date (architecture, flows, mappings).
Projects (BUILD)
Engage in all project phases: scoping, design, build, testing, deployment, and post go-live.
Draft technical specifications based on functional specifications (workflows, flows, business rules, integrations).
Define test cases and validation criteria.
Coordinate the build phase with technical teams.
Ensure the quality of deliverables before production deployment.
Provide regular reporting.
