Qualifications
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).At least 7 years of professional experience in IT project management.Proven track record of managing two or more projects involving large-scale information systems, ideally within infrastructure or public sector settings.Experience in leading and managing multidisciplinary software development teams.Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.PMP certification or equivalent project management certification is preferred.Exceptional leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.Thorough knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and IT project governance.
