Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing the complete recruitment process for various IT roles.
Identify and source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and additional platforms.
Review CVs and conduct preliminary phone interviews to gauge candidate suitability.
Facilitate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers.
Keep candidate databases and tracking systems current and organized.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
Perform market research on talent trends and competitor recruitment strategies.
Complete additional tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
Qualifications
Final-year student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong interest in recruitment, particularly in IT sectors.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is a plus.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
