As an IT Researcher, your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage top IT professionals, conducting in-depth market research and establishing robust candidate pipelines that support our global recruitment initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize diverse channels including LinkedIn, professional communities, forums, internal databases, job boards, and social media to actively source qualified candidates based on job requirements.
- Screen resumes, manage candidate profiles in SmartRecruiters, and ensure all information is accurate and up to date.
- Engage potential candidates through outreach efforts, fostering initial relationships.
- Conduct market analysis and research, compiling reports and presentations to inform hiring strategies.
- Maintain and enhance internal recruitment databases and reporting processes.
- Collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and various departments to facilitate seamless hiring procedures.
- Execute additional duties as required to fulfill the objectives of this role.
