ResponsibilitiesEndpoint Management (Primary Focus)Manage MacBooks using Jamf Pro (deployment, configuration, patching); Provision and decommission devices through Apple Business Manager and Jamf; Troubleshoot endpoint and Jamf-related issues; Maintain and upgrade endpoints regularly.Access & Identity ManagementAdminister employee access to internal systems (Google Workspace, SaaS tools); Execute workflows for onboarding and offboarding access; Troubleshoot access and SSO issues.IT SupportAct as the primary contact for employee IT support requests; Troubleshoot macOS, peripherals, conferencing systems, and office technology; Support hardware including monitors, docks, and conference room systems.Office & Operational Technology SupportEnsure proper function of conference rooms, TVs, and office technology; Assist with office audio, displays, and general IT operational needs; Coordinate basic IT vendor visits if necessary.Security SupportAssist with patching, endpoint security configurations, and operational security tasks; Execute security assignments under the guidance of the Head of Security.Requirements1–3 years of IT support experience.Proficient macOS troubleshooting skills.Experience with Jamf Pro or a similar MDM.Experience managing user accounts and application access.Strong troubleshooting and organizational capabilities.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Apple Business Manager.Familiarity with Okta or Google Workspace.Basic scripting experience (bash/zsh).Basic understanding of security principles and practices.
