About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated IT Specialist to uphold our systems at the highest standards, ensuring we exceed compliance requirements to deliver safe and high-quality results to our patients. In this hands-on, technical role, you will support end users by deploying and troubleshooting workstations and desktop software, providing a pathway for professional growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead helpdesk operations, effectively resolving issues and requests.
- Provision and ship hardware to employees.
- Onboard users to empower them from their first day.
- Maintain inventory of computers, software, and technology equipment.
- Create user documentation.
- Participate in IT projects to enhance the experience of Imagen employees and customers.
