MSX International is seeking a dedicated IT Support Coordinator to oversee the technical support of a European e-commerce platform for a leading vehicle transformation manufacturer. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in incident resolution, user support, and ensuring the reliability of the platform.
Main Responsibilities:
Team Management:
- Lead a team of two technical advisors, providing training, skill development, and schedule management.
Technical & Functional Support:
- Provide support across all markets during and after the platform implementation.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical incidents.
Key User Support:
- Act as the primary contact for Key Users (CTX), the platform experts.
- Assist them in advanced usage and skill enhancement.
Ticket Management:
- Receive, prioritize, and process requests via ServiceNow.
- Ensure thorough follow-up and effective resolution.
Remote Intervention:
- Utilize AnyDesk for direct user support when necessary.
Transition Support:
- Assist brand teams during handover phases: skill transfer, process familiarization, and operational continuity.
