Join our dynamic IT Services team as an experienced IT Support Engineer, providing exceptional second-line support for our Darwin office and other locations as needed. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary point of escalation for our Service Desk, collaborating closely with our third-line teams to effectively resolve technical issues. Your responsibilities will also include the installation and configuration of hardware and software, working in conjunction with various IT Services teams to ensure all services are delivered efficiently and adhere to established standards.
This position requires you to deliver onsite support to our global workforce, necessitating a shift pattern between the hours of 08:00 and 17:30, which may include weekends.
