Are you a tech enthusiast eager to enhance your career in IT support? Ivanti is looking for a passionate IT Support Engineer who will provide exceptional technical assistance to our teams, ensuring they can work securely and efficiently from anywhere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver top-notch Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to Ivanti employees, both on-site and remotely.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to hardware, software, connectivity, and user access.
- Support and troubleshoot Windows and macOS devices, including laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices.
- Administer user accounts, permissions, and multi-factor authentication (MFA) through Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
- Assist with Microsoft 365 services such as Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
- Track incidents and service requests using ITSM tools while adhering to service level agreement (SLA) targets.
- Image, deploy, and maintain endpoint devices.
- Onboard new employees, ensuring their workstations are ready for use.
- Document solutions to enhance our knowledge base.
- Provide friendly, professional, and customer-oriented support in line with Ivanti’s core values.
