You will be the go-to IT resource in the office, ensuring all technology functions smoothly on a daily basis.

What You'll Do:
- End-User Support & Device Management
- Deliver hands-on technical support for MacOS and Windows devices within the NYC office.
- Oversee the complete device lifecycle: procurement, setup, deployment, asset tracking, and decommissioning.
- Serve as the primary point of escalation for hardware, software, and connectivity challenges.
- Identity & Access Management
- Administer Okta as our identity provider:
- Swiftly provision and deprovision user accounts with precision.
- Configure and deploy SSO applications for new tools and integrations.
- Develop and maintain Okta Workflows to automate access lifecycle processes.
- Collaboration Platforms
- Manage and support Slack, including app integrations, user management, and troubleshooting.
- Oversee Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Support on-premises Active Directory, including user accounts, group policy, and directory hygiene.
- Networking & Infrastructure
- Maintain and troubleshoot networking infrastructure: Access Points, Switches, and Firewalls.
- Support Cisco Meraki networking and FortiGate firewall environments.
- Assist with connectivity, VPN, and network security troubleshooting.
- AV & Conference Room Technology
- Oversee Zoom and Zoom Rooms, including licensing, configuration, and technical support.
