Internship Overview
Become a part of our expanding team dedicated to delivering exceptional technology support that enhances the Dynamic Work experience for our employees. Technology engagement is the heartbeat of our operations, and our Workplace Technologies Support Interns play a vital role in providing world-class onsite support for our employees and workplaces.
In this position, you will focus on rapid resolution of IT-related issues, proactive enhancements, and exemplifying a strong customer-first mentality. You will collaborate with a globally distributed onsite support team to assist our employees and manage in-office technologies such as Zoom rooms, printers, and digital signage.
Your role will also involve sharing technology insights with our employees, empowering them to leverage technology for increased productivity. You will be a staunch advocate for our employees, gaining insights into their technology challenges and promoting transformative solutions that streamline their work processes. Our team is at the forefront of redefining the workplace, tackling complex challenges, driven by data, and consistently prioritizing the employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily support for onsite technologies including laptops, desktops, and workplace equipment.
- Conduct daily checks and preventative maintenance on conference room systems to ensure functionality and address any issues.
- Develop knowledge base articles for efficient troubleshooting.
- Create best practice video content for OktaTV.
