Position Overview
As an IT Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in managing level 1 support tickets and overseeing the deployment of hardware for new hires. Collaborating with the operations team, you will help sustain productivity for both the team and the office environment. This position is perfect for IT professionals with 1-2 years of experience in the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee hardware inventory and manage device repair processes.
- Handle IT support tickets efficiently to fulfill service level agreements (SLAs).
- Investigate new technologies and tools, sharing insights with the team.
- Communicate effectively and clearly with all team members.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Google Workspace administrator.
- Familiarity with Ubiquiti/Meraki hardware and software is a plus.
- Knowledge of WiFi and networking concepts.
- Technical background or degree in IT System Administration is beneficial.
- Proficient in tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Experience with platforms including MacOS, iOS, and Android.
- Familiarity with Kandji or similar Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms.
- Understanding of SoC2 and IT audit processes is advantageous.
