About the Role
We are seeking a proactive IT Support Specialist in the Palu area. In this role, you will be responsible for managing IT hardware and software needs, demonstrating high mobility and collaboration with various teams to ensure all IT requirements are met effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
- Respond promptly to service issues and requests.
- Provide technical support across the organization, both in-person and remotely.
- Set up user accounts and profiles for new employees.
- Repair and replace equipment as necessary.
- Test and evaluate new technology solutions.
- Train junior staff on IT processes and support.
