About the Role
We are on the lookout for a talented IT System Administrator to join our dynamic team at Transcend.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and functionality of our internal systems that drive Transcend’s operations. You will serve as the primary administrator of our corporate IT infrastructure, overseeing SaaS applications, identity and access management, endpoints, and collaboration tools. Collaborating closely with our Security and Engineering teams, you will maintain a secure, compliant, and efficient employee experience. As a proficient individual contributor at the IC3 level, you will leverage your expertise to independently resolve a wide array of IT challenges and execute well-defined projects that enhance productivity and safeguard our IT environment.
This is a remote, exempt, full-time position based within the United States. Candidates must possess valid work authorization, as visa sponsorship is not offered. Working hours are from 9 AM to 5 PM Pacific Standard Time. This position reports directly to the Director of Information Systems.
