Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain critical SOC/NOC tools, including SIEM, SOAR, and network monitoring systems.
- Continuously monitor and enhance system performance, resource usage, and tool configurations.
- Ensure seamless integration and operation of SOC/NOC tools.
- Implement robust security controls, apply system updates, and perform regular patch management.
- Diagnose and resolve system issues affecting NOC/SOC operations.
- Create and maintain scripts for automation and efficient system management.
- Document system configurations, processes, and procedures comprehensively.
