KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
IT Support:
- Administration of perimeter servers
- Domain name management
- Windows and Linux administration
- Privilege management
- Maintenance of software development platforms
- Support for employees' PCs, software, and desktop publishing tools
- Defining network evolution perspectives
- Establishing gateways with the Group's network
- Configuration of new hardware
- Firewall control and security instruction compliance
- Contributing to perimeter cybersecurity
- Monitoring and updating technical and regulatory data
- Software installation and hardware procurement
- Shipping materials to clients
- Support for postal and dematerialized international shipments
Maintenance & Client Support:
- Assisting in the preparation of SE-Workbench product deliveries
- Internal management of SE-Workbench license deployment
- Client SE-Workbench license deployment management
- Responding to client inquiries regarding system aspects and license installations
- Participating in the client hotline
