Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize various channels, including LinkedIn, professional networks, and job boards, to actively source qualified candidates based on specific role requirements.
- Screen resumes and manage candidate information using SmartRecruiters, ensuring data accuracy and currency.
- Engage with potential candidates through outreach initiatives, fostering initial connections.
- Conduct market analyses and produce insightful reports to guide recruitment strategies.
- Maintain and enhance our internal recruitment databases and reporting systems.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to facilitate a seamless recruitment process.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support the team.
