We are seeking a dedicated IT Team Lead specializing in SAP SD and FICO to oversee and enhance the daily operations of our SAP team. In this pivotal role, you will:
Directly manage a skilled SAP team, ensuring the effective implementation and support of SAP SD and FICO modules.
Encourage teamwork and collaboration among SAP analysts and developers to maximize performance and efficiency.
Establish clear priorities and objectives aligned with business needs and project goals.
Oversee resource allocation, ensuring continuous service quality during high-demand periods.
Promptly address incidents as per defined SLAs and escalate issues when necessary.
Analyze team workload and capacity for optimal task distribution.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for service delivery.
Prepare and present regular performance reports to management.
Lead service review meetings with stakeholders to assess outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
Identify and implement opportunities for process enhancements and service improvements.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in user support.
Possess a thorough understanding of order-to-cash processes, particularly focused on European business practices.
