Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Deliver 1st-line technical support for internal users, efficiently logging and resolving IT queries.Assist in the setup, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software.Support the monitoring of systems, applications, and infrastructure to ensure seamless daily operations.Help diagnose and resolve issues related to laptops, networks, user access, applications, and security tools.Collaborate with senior team members on incident management, root-cause analysis, and documentation.Assist project teams with technology rollouts, upgrades, and testing initiatives.Maintain accurate records in ticketing and asset management systems.Contribute to automation, process enhancements, and best practices within the tech team.Engage with teams such as Security, Infrastructure, Product, and Service Delivery as part of your professional development.Qualifications:Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.Essential Skills:Exceptional communication (both oral and written) and customer service skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Background in derivatives and securities is a plus.
