Key Responsibilities
- Independently resolve a variety of technical issues, including:
- Operating system challenges for workstations.
- Printer-related difficulties.
- Issues with standard business applications (e.g., Office Suite).
- Problems with line-of-business applications (like SAGE ERP and QuickBooks), including niche applications with vendor support.
- Basic networking troubleshooting associated with desktop connectivity.
- Respond to incoming Quick Fix calls from clients.
- Participate in an on-call rotation, providing after-hours and weekend support for both onsite and remote operations.
