Join our dynamic IT Workshop, where you will play a crucial role in managing hardware inquiries and requests from our head office, stores, and warehouses across the UK and beyond:
- Delivering comprehensive IT hardware support to all business sectors via our ticketing system, meticulously logging detailed information about each issue.
- Assembling, repairing, updating, and maintaining a wide range of IT hardware to ensure optimal uptime and availability.
- Overseeing the company asset register and managing the IT asset lifecycle from acquisition to disposal.
- Collaborating with broader IT teams to prepare and deliver hardware for implementation.
- Creating and updating technical documentation to keep the team informed and knowledgeable.
- Taking ownership of end-user tickets and driving them to resolution.
This role is a full-time position based at our Shirebrook HQ, with weekend work required on a rotation of one in four weeks.
