About the job
- Conduct laboratory and clean room tasks in-situ at TAS-E facilities in Tres Cantos, Spain, with the opportunity to perform other activities remotely.
- Engage in integration and validation activities for a space unit, focusing on electronic timing equipment, which includes hardware (HW), software (SW), and firmware (FW).
- Develop comprehensive test procedures, including traceability matrices that align with unit requirements.
- Collaborate closely with the Test Bench lead to clarify test procedures and assist in debugging test sequences.
- Validate the Unit Under Test (UUT) using the test bench and sequences developed by the Test Bench lead, ensuring validation occurs in a cleanroom or laboratory setting.
- Integrate, debug, and validate new software, firmware, and hardware modifications.
- Process and analyze test results post-validation.
- Collaborate with SW/HW/FW engineers to gain insights into the UUT and contribute effectively to enhancements.
- Understand the architecture and documentation of the UUT.
- Provide detailed Test Reports to clients.
- Participate actively in project meetings and validation activities with the project team.
Tools Utilized:
- Internal laboratory tools and instruments such as multimeters, signal analyzers, generators, power supplies, oscilloscopes, power meters, counters, phase noise and ADEV measurement tools, etc.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Matlab, or other relevant languages for data processing.
- Competence in using office software suites.
