- Greet and assist customers in accordance with Farm Boy Service Standards.
- Keep work and storage areas clean, organized, and safe through various housekeeping duties, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
- Maintain shared spaces such as break rooms, washrooms, and locker rooms to ensure cleanliness and hygiene.
- Assist with inventory tracking and purchasing of store supplies as needed.
- Adhere to all corporate policies and procedures, prioritizing Health & Safety, Food Safety, and proper equipment usage.
- Complete designated opening and closing tasks and provide support to fellow team members as required.
- Undertake additional responsibilities periodically to bolster overall store operations.
