We are seeking a Culture Editor who is deeply engaged in the discourse surrounding AI and human creativity, someone eager to actively influence this pivotal conversation.This role is not about managing social media; it’s about curating the cultural narrative. You will define and amplify Synthesia's presence on platforms like LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube—moving beyond basic posting to strategic thinking, ensuring our voice resonates within the cultural zeitgeist.You will collaborate with industry veterans who have shaped iconic brands, contributing your insights to evolve our voice within the social media landscape.The TeamReporting to the Head of Social Media, you will join a dynamic team of six, comprising videographers, editors, and creators who produce high-quality content across various formats and channels. Your expertise will guide the distribution of this content, ensuring our best ideas reach the right audiences.What You Will Be DoingOverseeing Synthesia's engagement across key social media platforms: LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.Crafting and refining the social narrative surrounding AI, creativity, and the future of work.
