This role may involve a variety of processes including resistance welding of steel and aluminum, projection welding, MIG welding, robotic dispensing of body sealants and adhesives, drawn arc stud welding, flow drilling, and various rivet assembly equipment.Key Responsibilities:Interpret and update electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, ladder diagrams, and other technical documents.Diagnose and repair malfunctioning control systems using multi-meters, oscilloscopes, and other electrical testing devices.Troubleshoot various systems including electrical, robotic, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic.Modify, create, and troubleshoot robotic programs as needed.Engage in preventative maintenance and corrective actions, conducting problem-solving analyses and reporting as required.Demonstrate common sense and adaptability in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Execute detailed written or verbal instructions accurately.Maintain cleanliness and organization in personal and shared workspaces.Work Schedule:This position operates on the 1st shift from 6 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday, at our facility in Pontiac, MI.
