As an Inbound Technical Support Executive, your primary responsibility will be to manage inbound calls from customers, providing them with expert assistance and support.
Key Details:
1) Process: Inbound Voice Support.
2) Shifts: Night (9:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
3) Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 (Fixed) plus Incentives.
4) Experience: Minimum 6 months in Outbound or Inbound processes.
5) Communication: Exceptional English communication skills are a must.
6) Salary Payment: Paid on the 1st of every month.
