We are seeking candidates with:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Inbound/Outbound Technical Support within an International BPO setting.
- Proven ability to close your own calls successfully.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Proficient in troubleshooting various technical issues, including computers, printers, broadband, routers, emails, Macs, iPhones, and iPads.
- Strong problem-solving skills to handle customer concerns and deliver accurate resolutions.
- Willingness to work flexible night shifts.
