Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer calls and provide technical support.
- Analyze issues related to computing devices and software.
- Effectively pitch service plans and close sales.
- Process payments from customers.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum of 6 months experience in an outbound technical support role.
- Confidence in closing calls and handling customer transactions.
- Exceptional fluency in English is required.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
