We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic team at Adeeba E-Services Pvt. Ltd. as Inbound Technical Support Agents. Your primary responsibility will be to manage inbound calls and assist clients with technical inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls related to tech support.
- Provide excellent customer service while resolving technical issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Shift Details:
- Night Shifts: 9:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- Working Days: 6 days a week with rotational off days.
Compensation:
Salary will be competitive with a 10% to 30% increase on your current CTC, disbursed on the 1st of every month.
