Qualifications
Desired Skills:• 1 to 2 years of experience in Inbound/Outbound Technical Support within an International BPO environment.• Proven ability to close calls and resolve customer issues independently.• Excellent communication skills in English.• Strong troubleshooting skills for various technical issues.• Must be adaptable to working night shifts.• Freshers are not eligible for this position.
