This program enables employees meeting specific criteria to progress and compete for new roles, such as Team Leader, through a structured evaluation and training process.
The process includes:
• Verification of essential prerequisites and feedback from your Project Manager
• Skills assessment (assessments)
• Panel interviews
Successful candidates will be enrolled in micro-learning training programs aimed at developing key skills. Subsequently, they will be considered for future business needs across departments or projects based on their readiness, availability, and compatibility with the role's requirements.
