We are seeking a skilled Joiner to enhance our Repairs and Maintenance team, specifically serving the Pendle area. In this role, you will deliver a comprehensive range of joinery repairs to both tenanted and vacant properties, ensuring a high-quality, customer-focused service.

Key Responsibilities of the Joiner/Joinery Technician:
- Perform various joinery repairs in accordance with job tickets, appointment schedules, specifications, and building regulations.
- Adopt a “Right First Time” approach to complete repairs efficiently and effectively during your initial visit.
- Organize your workload to minimize downtime, actively communicate any needs for reallocation of tasks.
- Be flexible in addressing workload variations, including working overtime when necessary and participating in a standby or call-out rota.
- Utilize your expertise to diagnose and undertake repairs that may deviate from initial job requirements, seeking prior approval for significant changes in scope.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and safety, collaborating with your team to optimize resource use.
