About the job
In your daily activities, you will:
- Manage and issue contracts for the brands, adhering to agreed deadlines;
- Provide support to business areas in managing physical and digital contracts;
- Engage in face-to-face, email, and chat/slack communications with employees at all hierarchical levels to ensure quality and accuracy in customer service;
- Actively manage information and processes related to contractual management;
- Incorporate negotiated commercial data into non-standard contracts;
- Validate documentation submitted by clients;
- Analyze and audit issued contracts and recommend improvements;
- Maintain, control, and organize control documents on the network;
- Structure data for decision-making reports;
- Provide best practices in contract management and lead low to medium complexity projects in the area;
- Monitor and assist in the development of KPIs and OKRs for the area.
