Act as the primary liaison between investment managers, clients, and vendors to facilitate daily operational needs.
Engage in various initiatives aimed at improving internal systems.
Oversee the preparation, coordination, and review of all client regulatory, FATCA, and CRS reporting deliverables and associated reports.
Collaborate with internal teams including Client Operations, Investor Operations, and Client Integration to ensure that both internal and external deliverables are fulfilled accurately.
Contribute to the development and enhancement of regulatory, FATCA, and CRS reporting processes and checklists.
Assist in resource planning and staff allocation within the department.
Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with clients and vendors.
Gain a comprehensive understanding of the regulatory landscape pertaining to FATCA and CRS reporting.
Handle the processing and validation of investor classifications and self-certification forms under FATCA.
Ensure compliance with operational procedures and controls, completing all relevant checklists.
Stay informed about applicable regulations and accounting standards across jurisdictions.
Prepare and review the workings and reports related to regulatory, FATCA, and CRS reporting.
Address inquiries from various stakeholders in a thorough and timely manner.
Provide support and on-the-job training to junior team members as needed.
Undertake ad-hoc tasks as required.
