What Awaits You
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in Quality & Risk Management to ensure our acceptance processes meet the highest regulatory and quality standards.
- Take ownership of review steps in the mandate acceptance process – from KYC checks to national and international independence inquiries, right through to order approvals.
- Work closely with colleagues from various departments, business development, and central risk management to ensure seamless process execution.
- Contribute to the development of our acceptance standards and digital tools (e.g., Salesforce), bringing your own ideas to the table.
- Your commitment will enhance the quality of our mandate work, making you a valued resource for support and system inquiries.
What You Bring
- Completed training or degree along with relevant professional experience.
- Ideally, some experience in auditing or compliance processes, such as client audits in regulated sectors or with notaries and legal professionals.
- Basic understanding of compliance requirements and willingness to delve into new complex topics.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, motivation, curiosity, proactivity, and a passion for developing innovative solutions.
- Excellent German language skills and good English proficiency, combined with a solid command of Microsoft Office applications.
