As a Junior BOM Analyst at ALTEN Mexico, you will be instrumental in evaluating and providing critical information for various components of upcoming vehicle model programs. This position requires coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
- Change Coordination Process:
- Implement the Global Change Coordination process using corporate tools.
- Support and facilitate change coordination meetings.
- Ensure adherence to the change coordination process.
- Hold business stakeholders accountable for their contributions.
- Notify stakeholders of overdue tasks with due dates.
- Timing/Scheduling:
- Document and oversee change timing agreements between suppliers, Engineering, Finance, Manufacturing, and Program coordination.
- Manage the timing of change control milestones and approvals in alignment with the agreed program schedule.
- Organize all change coordination tasks to meet overall change approval deadlines.
