At Credicorp Capital, we are on the lookout for exceptional talent to join us as a Junior Business Management Analyst. In this role, you will be tasked with executing and coordinating activities related to the management of Real Estate Trust Businesses, encompassing accounting, operational, and legal aspects. You will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with the contractual obligations of assigned trusts in accordance with current regulations.
What will your role entail?
• Serve as a liaison between various areas of the trust department (accounting, legal, treasury) and the trustors.
• Ensure the accurate execution of operations as instructed by the trustors.
• Manage requests for reporting, recording, and accounting updates required for each trust with the Accounting Management, ensuring proper documentation.
• Coordinate the review, validation, and projection of legal documents with the legal department of the trust, according to the purpose of each trust.
• Provide accountability for the actions taken through written reports, adhering to the frequency stipulated in contracts (maximum every 6 months).
• Monitor compliance with obligations assigned to the trustors.
• Prepare, document, and coordinate operational meetings and Trust Committees, in accordance with contractual agreements and the specific needs of each trust.
What are we looking for?
• A professional preferably with a background in administrative or related fields.
• Essential: at least 1 year of experience managing businesses within the fiduciary sector.
• Desirable knowledge of Office and SIFI.
