As part of the teccle group, teccle wave represents comprehensive cloud solutions and digital transformation for the German mid-market. To strengthen our five-member Microsoft Cloud Run & Support team, we are looking for motivated support at the earliest opportunity.
Your Impact
At teccle, what you can do is just as important as what you achieve. In this role, you will contribute to the following:
Analysis, prioritization, and sustainable resolution of incidents and problems in Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint), including root cause analysis and continuous service optimization
Operation, monitoring, and further development of cloud and hybrid environments (Microsoft 365, Azure, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) with a focus on availability, performance, and scalability
Implementation and assurance of security and compliance requirements (Conditional Access, MFA, Zero Trust, Audits) in ongoing operations
Planning and execution of changes, automation with PowerShell, and optimization of operational processes and standards in the cloud operations area
Technical consultation, documentation, and close collaboration with clients and internal teams, including support for cloud migrations, transition projects, and backup & recovery strategies
