We are on the lookout for a Junior Configuration Manager (m/w/d) to join our dynamic team in Hamburg, Germany.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop technical repercussion sheets and change requests for review and approval.
· Coordinate and oversee the implementation progress of changes.
· Prepare Technical Repercussion Sheets and MOD Proposal Dossiers for MOD closure.
· Facilitate communication with stakeholders involved in the changes.
· Organize, lead, and document meetings.
Qualifications:
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in Configuration and Aerospace sectors
- Knowledge in Configuration Management / Change Management
- Experience with SA/LR/A350 programs
- Proficient understanding of Change Management Processes
- Fluency in English is mandatory, knowledge of German is a plus
- Strong negotiation, project management, and communication skills
- Capable of acting as a liaison with various program departments and stakeholders such as the Design Office, plants and FAL, Contracts, Certification, and Customer Support, Software
