Context:
Wavestone's CTO Advisory Business Unit, comprised of over 700 consultants, is dedicated to assisting large clients with complex digital transformation projects, from strategic framing to implementation and change management. We address the technological and organizational transformations faced by Chief Technology Officers (CTOs) and work closely with sector-specific consultants in multi-specialist teams to tackle our clients' transformation challenges.
Within the CTO Advisory team, our Strategic IT Programs and M&A group tackles operational and economic issues faced by CTOs during their transformations, including:
Major IT Transformation Programs: How to execute a strategic transformation of the information system?
Operational Model: What operational model should be adopted to maximize value delivery and support IT strategy while addressing business challenges?
Strategic Schematics: What is the medium/long-term IT strategy to align technological initiatives with corporate goals and priorities?
Finance: How to manage and optimize IT costs in a context of budget efficiency and value maximization?
Sourcing: What sourcing strategy should be defined and implemented to maximize economic and operational performance?
Service Offer: How to enhance the management of IT services to simplify consumption by internal clients while maximizing service quality?
Talent and Skills: How to anticipate and effectively manage the evolution of skills needs within the IT department in light of technological advancements and organizational changes?
Change Management: How to support employees in adapting to changes in their daily routines due to transformation programs and the introduction of new tools?
Mergers, Acquisitions & Divestitures (M&A): How to support end-to-end M&A operations from an IT perspective, including Due Diligence, Transition Approach, and Transition Execution?
