About the RoleAssist with tender and estimating processes.Analyze quotations and prepare basic estimates and recommendations.Conduct site inspections and manage budgets and timelines.Oversee payment claims in accordance with contract terms.Evaluate site instructions and variations from subcontractors, submitting for approval.Review project documentation to identify potential defects or delays.Maintain accurate records and reports within the company’s systems (Procore).Participate in project startup meetings.Review and provide input on subcontractor and supplier scopes.Regularly report budget statuses to your line manager.Ensure subcontractors/suppliers adhere to project specifications.Collaborate with Project Managers to meet agreed delivery timelines and contract obligations.Support the project delivery team in achieving target financial margins.About You - Skills and ExperienceMinimum of Cert IV in Contract Administration.Construction management degree or similar relevant qualification is highly desirable.Experience with Jobpac is advantageous but not essential.At least 2 years of practical experience in a similar Contract Administration role within the building construction industry.Ability to read drawings and perform quantity take-offs.Proficiency in preparing detailed contracts.Experience managing variations, delays, and contract claims.Capability in monitoring project cash flow and reporting.Strong communication and negotiation skills.
