Our flagship product Kismia is a dating app with over 80 million users across 20+ locations worldwide. We are also developing services for marketing, analytics, and moderation.
Currently, we are seeking a Creative Motion Designer to join our Social Discovery team, which is responsible for crafting and enhancing products aimed at forging new connections.
We are also open to hiring veterans — creating an environment where you can not only be a part of the team but also grow.
Your area of influence: Generating and implementing new creative ideas that help achieve team goals. Your influence on the number of creatives: the more we have, the greater the potential for scaling costs and profits. More tests lead to more insights and opportunities to optimize purchases.
Results we expect within 6-12 months:
Creation of the required volume of creatives (minimum 10 series per week)
Implementation of a system for mass content editing using AI.
Your future tasks:
Creating video creatives to promote the product across various platforms (TikTok, Meta, Google, Snapchat)
Iterating on existing ideas and concepts
Adapting existing creatives for required extensions and localizing them for different languages
Generating AI materials
What is important for us in this role:
1+ years of experience in a similar position
6+ months of experience working with marketing materials
Understanding the principles of animation and basic graphic design
Proficient in After Effects
