Responsibilities and Duties:
Reach out to existing customers to offer new plans, services, or products tailored to their profile and needs through email, phone, WhatsApp, and video conferencing.
Guide clients through business opportunities until successful conversion.
Understand clients’ needs, challenges, and objectives with empathy, providing consultative support.
Study and master the company's solutions and products to effectively address clients’ issues and needs.
Proactively engage in customer retention efforts to prevent churn and strengthen relationships.
Identify risks and opportunities throughout the customer journey.
Document strategic information, history, and opportunities in the CRM (HubSpot).
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators related to expansion, retention, and engagement.
