Your Role:
Lead onboarding sessions for new clients, assisting them in utilizing our products, Docplanner Phone and Payments.
Engage with clients primarily through phone, email, and video calls, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing prompt product support.
Utilize statistics to prepare optimizations for clients and identify upsell opportunities.
Manage churn-related situations, responding effectively to daily challenges.
Work within Salesforce and Hubspot to manage pipelines, tickets (e.g., payment errors), and prioritize tasks.
Participate in team meetings to provide feedback and support the implementation of improvements in products and processes.
Assist with other products and projects in the team as needed, such as Noa Notes, NFZ, Marketing 360, or Featured Profile.
