Qualifications
Your Responsibilities:Investigate and resolve complex technical issues, determining root causes and solutions using advanced diagnostic tools.Deliver high-level technical assistance to strategic clients and internal teams.Collaborate closely with R&D and Product teams to escalate and resolve issues and enhance product functionality.Create and sustain internal documentation and knowledge base articles.Conduct technical training for other teams and support cross-functional projects.Who We Are Looking For:Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and analyze system and application-level issues.Hands-on experience with SQL/BigQuery and data analysis tools like Excel.Quick learner with a strong grasp of complex systems and technologies.Outstanding communication skills in English, both written and spoken.Highly self-motivated and accountable, with excellent organizational and time management capabilities.Preferred Qualifications:Familiarity with tools such as Charles Proxy and Postman.Previous experience in technical support, QA, or data analysis roles.Educational background in a technical or scientific discipline, such as Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Biology, or Physics.
