We are currently seeking a motivated Junior Full Motion Video (FMV) Analyst for an exciting opportunity in Quantico, Virginia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in hands-on full motion imagery (FMI) analysis, generating intelligence outputs from airborne Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) platforms that address a variety of challenges supporting national security objectives, senior policymakers, the Department of Defense (DoD), US Marine Corps (USMC), and Intelligence Community (IC) initiatives.
- Deliver continuous 24/7/365 FMV exploitation in a shift-based environment, ensuring situational awareness and understanding of mission and intelligence requirements.
- Utilize Cedalion and other multi-disciplinary IC databases to conduct research, acquiring additional or clarifying information to bolster analysis efforts.
- Create standard and tailored FMV imagery analysis products, including motion imagery summary reports aligned with mission specifications.
- Conduct imagery research and analysis to fulfill current USMC requirements, encompassing NRO Overhead Systems, aircraft, FMV, and civil/commercial sensors, to meet specific Information Requirements.
- Generate and provide metadata to facilitate structured observations that comply with DoD, USMC, and IC initiatives.
- Support operational FMV missions by providing analysts proficient in viewing, exploiting, and documenting live FMV exploitation comments at a typing speed of a minimum of 40 words per minute.
- Identify targets and related activities by comprehending the Order of Battle for mission-related geographic locations.
- Perform target research to enhance exploitation activities, supplying the exploitation team with contextual information to meet information requirements.
- Analyze existing intelligence to pinpoint coverage and knowledge gaps, investigating all intelligence sources to address those gaps.
- Engage in data mining utilizing diverse databases, open-source reports, digital video archives, and other intelligence resources.
- Produce multimedia content to support exploitation efforts.
- Conduct peer evaluations and assessments for analysts requiring reviews or tests on their performance.
- Oversee multi-INT research, exploitation, organization, prioritization, processing, analysis, production, and dissemination of intelligence information in accordance with government priorities, policies, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
