YOUR ROLE: JUNIOR GROWTH EXECUTIVE
We are in search of a motivated and proactive Junior Growth Executive to join our team and make an immediate contribution. This role transcends the typical entry-level marketing position—you will be actively involved in supporting the execution of marketing campaigns across diverse channels and markets, including performance marketing, influencer partnerships, and affiliate marketing.

Your Responsibilities
Campaign Execution and Delivery:
- Implement marketing initiatives as per strategies outlined by senior growth marketers.
- Assist in the deployment of campaigns across paid, owned, and partner channels.
- Coordinate timelines, resources, and stakeholders to guarantee seamless execution.
Channel and Content Support:
- Aid in the execution and optimization of key channels, including:
- Paid Advertising
- Influencer Collaborations
- Affiliate Marketing
- On-site Content and Landing Pages
- Manage content requests and assist in localizing assets with internal teams.
Market Research & Campaign Support:
- Investigate market trends, competitor activities, and audience behaviors.
- Support campaign planning with actionable insights and data.
- Contribute creative ideas during planning sessions, growth sprints, and brainstorming meetings.
- Assist in crafting briefs and coordinating with partners and influencers.
Collaboration & Operations:
- Collaborate closely with design, content, product, and external partners to execute campaigns effectively.
- Help maintain organization and momentum across multiple stakeholders.
